1. ONLINE

Tickets can be bought in advance on the following websites:

• Petzi
• See Tickets* (formerly Starticket – please note that Starticket customer accounts have not been migrated to the new See Tickets platform)

2. At the Docks

• During office hours at the ticket office on site (9.30am – 12.30pm / 1.30pm – 4.00pm)
• The night of the concert, depending on availability

In the event of a sold-out concert, we do not keep a waiting list or a quota of tickets. With this in mind, there are no tickets for sale on site, either before or on the evening of the concert.

We invite you to buy your ticket in advance.
A CHF 5.- increase can be applied at the doors according to the shows.
The prices are indicated as followed: price in advance / price at the doors (for example: 25 .- / 30.-).

3. At Petzi’s points of sales**

** Additional service fees can be applied at some points of sales.

To acquire one, you can either:

• Order it online and pay via Twint, by cards or by bank transfer.
• Visit us at the Docks counter during opening hours, payment by card or cash

After receipt of payment for the online orders, we will send you the gift card by mail.

To buy concert tickets with the gift card, you can either :

• Write to billetterie@docks.ch
• Come directly to the Docks counter

The gift card is valid for 5 years.

BOOKING

• To book a ticket using the CarteCulture at Docks, please email billetterie@docks.ch, stating which concert you are interested in. A payment link will then be sent to you. Payment must be made before the date of the concert.
• You can collect your ticket on the evening of the concert at the box office. Your CarteCulture will be checked, so please be sure to present it in advance.
• If you are unable to pay online, you can visit our ticket office during opening hours.
• If possible, please book your tickets well in advance of the date. We respond to emails from Monday to Friday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The number of CarteCulture tickets available per concert is limited.
• Please do not book tickets for a concert taking place after your card’s expiry date.
• The CarteCulture rate is available only in advance of concerts, by booking, and not at the box office on the night.
• Our general terms and conditions of sale apply.

WHAT IS THE CARTECULTURE CARD?
The CarteCulture card is issued free of charge, upon request, to anyone receiving a standard benefit or to holders of an S, F or N permit.
Thanks to the involvement of some 280 partners, more than 85,000 residents of Vaud can access cultural, sporting, leisure and educational activities at reduced rates. These activities are highlighted on the CarteCulture website.

The general conditions of sale of the Docks are complementary to the ones applied by our ticketing partners. Thus, they can be more restrictive.

Our tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a cancellation without a postponement date.

In the event of a postponement or a change of venue, for whatever reason, the tickets will remain valid for the new date and the new venue. They are neither exchanged nor reimbursed.

In the event of a cancellation without a postponement date, tickets are refundable at point of purchase within the period communicated at the cancellation, but no later than 30 days after the initial date of the event.

The venue Docks does everything possible to ensure that the events are convivial and remain accessible to all. However, access can only be granted in compliance with the conditions of entry and the health and safety standards in force at the time of the event. In the event of an impediment or refusal to comply with these provisions, tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.

• Les Docks do not maintain a waiting list.
• Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue, either in advance or on the night of the concert.
• A resale is active on Petzi. You can go to the event page (on Petzi) to check if any tickets are available for resale. There is currently no way to receive a notification when a ticket becomes available, so you will need to refresh the page from time to time.
• A resale is also active on SeeTickets. You can go to the resale platform to check if any tickets are available for resale. You can sign up to receive a notification if a ticket becomes available.
• Les Docks advise against buying tickets from secondary ticket sellers, as the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed and you may be refused entry to the concert. Our official ticket partners are exclusively Petzi and SeeTickets.

We highly recommend you to purchase your tickets strictly from our official ticketing partners (See Tickets, Petzi) and in no case from the black market. We decline every liability regarding tickets bought from unauthorised resellers. The entry may be refused.
