As part of its activity to support the local scene with the Pôle Suisse program, Les Docks presents the Projet Proxima. Each year, 4 emerging Swiss artists benefit from a personalized support. The goal is to reinforce their integration by putting them in contact with actors of the regional cultural ecosystem and to support their artistic approach by allowing them to take a critical look at their project. This year, Nnavy, Maud Paquis, Comme1flocon and Imelda Gabs took part in the project. To close this chapter in beauty, 2 evenings, 4 concerts:

A bedroom, a piano, covers, creations, the narrative is familiar – but not with this voice. If you stumble upon Nnavy‘s Instagram page, you’ll want to come back to it more than once. As you watch her short videos, delivered at such a precise pace, two observations jump out: when will we see her on stage again and when will the album be released? Very soon. Because such a voice can only be amplified.
Folk, guitar, French, jazz, piano, English, Maud Paquis deploys her musicality without withdrawal. We can detect her ease, acquired at the Lausanne Conservatory in classical piano. But above all, we cling to her authenticity with her unique lyrics rhythm. For without incarnation, is technique useful? Morphée, Peter Pan, Asphalte or Les Avions, are songs that we keep by our side, just like our favorite candies.
