Why 77 Bombay Street? Because it’s the name of the street where they lived for a few years in Australia. Four brothers with a sense of chorus, an almost immediate success with their first album Up in the Sky (2011). It’s a band that knows how to live the scene. Now… it’s (finally) a new chapter. Five years after their last release, Seven Mountains, it is said that something new is coming.
It was under the name “Submaryne” and with rather folk influences that Marine Kaltenbacher started out in music. Then the “sub” disappeared, and “Maryne” revealed herself as a pop ace. Sweet, danceable, Latin-influenced pop, led by her voice that instantly reminds one of Ellie Goulding.
