In 2008, Irma began posting covers on YouTube. The snowball effect kicked in, and thanks to a devoted fanbase and a successful crowdfunding, Letter to the Lord was released two years later. A soul-pop revelation. The artist made her mark with her golden voice, warm and gentle, and her fusional relationship with her guitar, which she makes resonate through a thousand emotions. Oscillating between a wide range of influences – born in Cameroon, she also lived in France and New York – Irma is simply enchanting, and we’re already looking forward to her next album.
