When Suzane comes back, she comes back strong. This time, it’s with the track Mouvement that she wakes us up. A refrain hammered out like an incantation, an ode to discipline, and of course, in the clip, movement: intense, nervous but controlled, almost combative; the artist seems more determined than ever to share a precise vision of her art. With each project Suzane frees herself a notch further, and in that liberation all her strength is revealed.
Swiss singer-songwriter Velantane explores French-language pop music at the crossroads of chanson, electro, and a resolutely intimate sensibility. Driven by a desire to experiment, she is now moving towards a more analog approach, which shapes the aesthetic of her second EP, scheduled for release in March 2026. Her music, still very pop, is becoming more introspective and emphasizes the importance of French lyrics. On stage, she is accompanied by two musicians—keyboard, electronic pads, and guitar.
